When you fantasise about what your ideal life looks like, I bet you see the big picture, decide it’s too idealistic, unrealistic or unachievable and accept the status quo the way it is. Things will never change, right?
If you want your ideal life, then you have to set about creating it. And you start by looking at the teeny-tiny details.
This exercise looks at your current week, verses your ideal one. By mapping out what already exists, you’ll create a good visual picture of the changes you need to make. This in turn will motivate you to make small incremental changes towards creating a life that works for you.
